If you are looking for a cold and refreshing summer drink, organic cold brew coffee is just what you need. I revealed this a couple of years ago, and it has become one of my favorite hot-weather extravagances.
I have vivid memories of getting a readymade iced coffee on my honeymoon in Boston, far too many years ago to mention and being so dissatisfied with the bitter, water-logged liquid I was offered that I threw it away.
I knew we weren’t good at iced coffee, but I’d anticipated that a trip across the pond would lead me to more incredible things.
Fast forward several years, and one evening, as I was Googling on my couch happily, I came across a recipe for organic cold brew coffee. 24 hours later, I was sipping the best coffee I have ever got. The good news is that cold brew coffee is straightforward and requires no special gear.
